Pizza Chef & Kitchen Team Member
As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll craft our legendary pizzas, hoagies, and pasta dishes with care and consistency. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where quality is everything. Experience in a kitchen is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most to us.

Front of House & Customer Service
Be the face of Davanni's and the reason our guests keep coming back. You'll take orders, answer questions about our menu, process payments, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality are essential for this role.

Delivery Driver
Help us bring the Davanni's experience right to our customers' doors. As a delivery driver, you'll ensure orders arrive hot, on time, and with a great attitude. You'll represent our brand in the community and play a crucial role in our customer satisfaction. Mileage reimbursement and tips included.
- Valid driver's license & clean record
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Knowledge of Minneapolis area
- 18+ years old required
- Smartphone for navigation
Shift Supervisor
Lead a team of passionate crew members through high-volume service periods while maintaining Davanni's standards of quality and hospitality. You'll oversee daily operations, coach staff, handle customer escalations, and keep the energy positive on the floor. This is an excellent stepping stone toward a General Manager role.
- 2+ years restaurant experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
- Availability for opening & closing shifts
Catering Coordinator
Manage and coordinate Davanni's growing catering business. You'll be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, event planners, and large-party orders. Responsibilities include planning menus, scheduling delivery logistics, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring flawless execution of every event we cater.
- Event planning or catering experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent phone & email communication
- Proficiency with office software
- Ability to manage multiple projects
